Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an AI Adoption Lead to bridge the gap between AI deployment and realized value within a Business Unit. This is a people-first, business-embedded transformation role—part change manager, part coach, and part internal consultant—dedicated to a specific BU and reporting to the VP, Talent and Workforce Transformation.

You will ensure the BU's employees are ready to work alongside AI, with redesigned roles, workflows, and the confidence to operate in a continuously evolving

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
• 4–8 years in change management, internal or management consulting, HR transformation, org effectiveness, or related roles.
• Experience leading large-scale technology or digital transformation from the people side.
• Strong grasp of change management frameworks and ability to adapt them to AI contexts.
• Experience in role design, job architecture, or organizational assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BU-level AI change strategy.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and resistance mapping.
• Build a network of champions to sustain adoption.
• Monitor adoption signals and adjust interventions.
• Address employee anxiety and ensure psychological safety around AI.
• Redesign job descriptions and role profiles for AI-augmented work.
• Define AI-augmented career pathways.
• Identify roles at risk and design transition paths.
• Coach managers to lead AI-augmented teams.
• Own the BU’s AI adoption measurement framework and analytics.
