Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an AI Adoption Lead to bridge AI deployment and realized value within a specific business unit. You will guide change, redesign roles, and enable teams to work confidently with AI, balancing people and technology.

Reporting to the VP, Talent and Workforce Transformation, you will design BU-level strategies, engage stakeholders, and build capability through targeted learning and coaching while driving responsible AI practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Industrial‑ Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field—or equivalent applied experience.
• 4–8 years in change management, internal or management consulting, HR transformation, org effectiveness.
• Experience leading large‑scale technology or digital transformations from the people side.
• Strong grasp of change management frameworks and adaptability to AI contexts.
• Data literacy with adoption metrics and workforce analytics to drive decisions.
• Proficiency with AI tools and genuine enthusiasm for AI‑augmented work.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BU-level AI change strategy and adoption plans.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and influence strategies.
• Build a network of champions and supervise adoption momentum.
• Monitor adoption signals and adjust interventions based on data.
• Address employee anxiety and ensure psychological safety around AI.
• Coach managers to lead AI-augmented teams and design transition pathways.
