Job summary

Wipro Limited in the United States seeks a Senior Role to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and lead AI/DLC transformation initiatives. You will coach teams and drive adoption, governance, and executive reporting to deliver measurable value.

Key focus areas include AI-assisted SDLC concepts, KPI design, and stakeholder management. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership coaching, and enforcing responsible AI principles across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in Product Delivery, Agile Transformation, Change Management, or Digital Transformation leadership.
• Experience in leading organizational transformation programs.
• Experience driving adoption of AI, Agile, DevOps, or productivity platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Preferred: Prosci, SAFe SPC, Agile Coaching, or Change Management certification.
• Preferred: Experience within Financial Services or highly regulated industries.
• Preferred: Exposure to AI transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coach Product, Agile, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and UX teams on AI-assisted ways of working.
• Develop and execute the AI-DLC change management, communications, and adoption strategy.
• Build awareness through leadership briefings, town halls, success stories, and learning campaigns.
• Establish AI Champions and Communities of Practice across business and technology teams.
• Measure adoption, behavioral changes, and AI-DLC maturity across product organization.
• Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Produce executive dashboards highlighting adoption, productivity, quality, and business value outcomes.
