Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a Senior Project Manager: AI Transformation to lead AI-centric business process changes across client and agency teams. You will bridge AI tools with day-to-day workflows, manage UAT, and accelerate adoption while reporting adoption rates and outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into actionable requirements, govern data sharing, and drive ROI-driven initiatives across large, matrixed organizations.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in program delivery, project management, or operations within media technology, agency environments, ad tech, or enterprise AI solution deployment.
• Expert-level stakeholder management with a proven track record of influencing senior executives and C-suite leadership.
• High cognitive agility and technical curiosity with deep practical experience utilizing leading LLMs, AI agents, and productivity copilots.
• Absolute mastery of project management frameworks and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Jira); strong financial acumen including business case formulation.
• Deep comprehension of media planning, buying, and creative workflows, including data integrations, ad operations, and cross-channel platforms.
• A proven ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations, managing ambiguity and high-stakes trade-off decisions.
• Prior experience within a major agency holding company or large-scale digital agency network (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary voice of the user (client teams) within the AI Transformation team, aligning central product capabilities to agency use cases.
• Aggregate and synthesize client feedback to derive actionable insights that influence product roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end rollouts of new AI-driven experiences and UAT phases, cross-functionally identifying bottlenecks.
• Enforce governance and compliance protocols regarding data sharing and agent configurations across stakeholders.
• Drive prioritization for upgrades, migrations, and feature releases by translating feedback into engineering requirements.
• Institutionalize learnings via post-mortems and updated client playbooks with best practices.
• Evolve agency workflows as generative and agentic technologies advance, keeping client teams at the forefront.
• Support teams transitioning to new technology by simplifying complex platform features.
• Translate technical capabilities into compelling, outcomes-based ROI use cases.
• Communicate with executives, clients, and sponsors, managing risks and escalations with poise.
• Partner with client accounts to author high-impact case studies that showcase Omnicom as a pioneer in AI-driven performance.
