Job summary

eBay is seeking a senior leader for its Office of AI Transformation (OAIT) to drive AI-enabled workflows and enterprise adoption across the company's global operations. You will translate business needs into product requirements, lead cross-functional teams, and guide change management to scale AI-driven productivity.

You will partner with engineering, IT, and business units to ensure practical, scalable AI solutions, measure outcomes, and share best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading AI, digital, product, or workflow transformation in a complex tech org.
• Experience in Product Management (or related product leadership) with defining strategy and delivering impact.
• Strong working knowledge of AI and automation, incl. GenAI, agents, workflow automation, enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact workflows where AI can remove friction and improve outcomes.
• Partner with business functions to redesign workflows across roles, handoffs, and decisions.
• Translate workflow needs into clear product requirements with outcomes and success metrics.
• Apply enterprise AI tools, automation, and agentic workflows to solve business problems.
• Represent business needs with IT, Product, and Engineering to ensure practical adoption.
• Lead change enablement through clear communications, training, and manager support.
• Build repeatable toolkits, playbooks, and templates for scalable adoption.
• Measure adoption, productivity, and business impact for each workflow or solution.
• Convert successful solutions into reusable enterprise patterns and share learnings.
