Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Manager, AI Enablement to lead the governance and delivery model for AI initiatives. You will partner with Tech, Legal, Security, and risk to oversee opportunities for automation and AI-enabled transformation, coordinating standardized practices across the enterprise.

The role requires building a global enablement team to scale AI capabilities, support innovation, and improve AI platforms and services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation, or enterprise AI platform management initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and develop talent within a complex tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, governance, privacy, security, and regulatory practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions balancing innovation and risk.
• Experience establishing standards and enablement practices to promote AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise AI governance framework with Legal, Privacy, and Security partners.
• Oversee centralized AI intake/portfolio-management capturing objectives, outcomes, risks, and priorities.
• Drive federated model for AI adoption with approved platforms, patterns, and skills development.
• Define common AI platform patterns, evaluation requirements, and controls with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead development of repeatable enablement patterns for enterprise AI platforms and tech.
• Partner with leaders to identify automation opportunities and align with operational priorities.
