Job summary

Stripe is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator to embed with a cohort of 25–45 marketers, transforming workflows with AI tools and autonomous multi-agent processes. You will build agents, automations, and skills tailored to each marketer, coaching them toward self-sufficiency.

You’ll document patterns, scale successful approaches, and measure progress against a maturation model while partnering with leadership to drive broad adoption across marketing cohorts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered agents, tools, automations, or workflows used in real work.
• Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, agent frameworks, APIs).
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting 25–45 marketers across multiple workstreams and contexts.
• Track record of coaching or enabling others to change how they work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and transform high-leverage workflows within your cohort using AI.
• Build custom agents, automations, and tools tailored to marketers' responsibilities.
• Coach marketers through a journey from awareness to self-sufficiency.
• Teach marketers to build and iterate their own tools for independence.
• Scale proven solutions so patterns are reusable across the FDA team.
• Document tools and patterns for sharing across teams.
• Share wins with cohort and leadership to build momentum.
