Job summary

Stripe seeks a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator to embed with 25-45 marketers, transforming workflows with AI tools and autonomous multi-agent systems. You will build, teach, and scale AI-powered agents and automations to make AI the default mode of work, driving measurable productivity gains across cohorts.

You will partner with marketers, document tools and playbooks, and progress through a maturity model toward self-sustaining AI-first work in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on AI-powered agents, tools, automations used in real work scenarios.
• Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms (Claude Code, Codex, APIs).
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-leverage workflow transformations within marketing cohorts.
• Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills for marketers.
• Coach marketers through a journey from awareness to self-sufficiency.
• Teach and enable marketers to iterate on their own tools over time.
• Scale effective solutions across peers and document patterns for teams.
