Job summary

OCC seeks an AI Solutions Lead to serve as the primary interface between business units and the AI transformation program. You will embed with functions to map where AI creates value, build roadmaps from quick wins to AI-native models, and own initiatives from problem definition through adoption.

You will assess feasibility, evaluate vendors, and guide citizen-led development within the CTO's governance framework.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services technology or strategy, with post-trade or capital markets infrastructure experience.
• Experience identifying technology opportunities at the intersection of business and technical delivery.
• Knowledge of modern AI architectures (RAG, agent frameworks, LLM evaluation).
• Ability to drive post-launch technology adoption and governance in regulated environments.
• Experience evaluating vendors and building requirements for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business functions to identify AI opportunities and build a transformation roadmap.
• Own full lifecycle of use cases from problem definition to post-launch adoption.
• Lead feasibility assessments and vendor/tool evaluations for AI platforms.
• Support citizen-led AI development within approved governance frameworks.
• Maintain portfolio status, outcomes, and risk flags for reporting.
