Job summary

Fresh Origins seeks an experienced Manager, AI & Business Transformation to lead the AI program from the business side. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Production to identify where AI adds value, run projects, and drive adoption of enterprise AI tools with strong analytics and KPI governance.

You will oversee data initiatives, collaborate on the data lake and Power BI reports, and ensure AI projects align with the ERP system and trusted data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ERP-driven business analysis or project management.
• Experience leading AI, machine learning, or automation initiatives preferred.
• Strong KPI definition and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own AI roadmap and portfolio from discovery to adoption.
• Lead AI program governance and partner management.
• Define KPIs, data lake partnerships, and trusted reporting.
• Coordinate ERP configuration, integration, and data quality.
• Drive AI adoption and training across functions.
• Manage pilots, forecasting, and automation initiatives.
