Job summary

AHEAD seeks an AI Adoption Lead to drive a business-unit AI transformation, serving as a change manager, org designer, coach, and workforce strategist dedicated to a specific BU. You will report to the VP, Talent and Workforce Transformation to ensure employees are ready to work alongside AI, with redesigned roles and new AI-enabled workflows.

You will lead the development of AI capability-building, stakeholder engagement, and a robust adoption measurement framework, while partnering with BU

Qualifications

• 8+ years in change management or related people/OD roles.
• Experience leading large-scale technology/digital transformation from the people side.
• Strong grasp of change frameworks tailored to AI contexts.
• Experience in workforce planning, role design, or job architecture.
• Able to build trust with BU leaders and frontline employees.
• Data literacy with adoption metrics and workforce analytics.
• Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for AI-augmented work.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a BU-level AI change strategy; move employees toward AI accelerators.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans; resistance mapping and influence strategies.
• Build a network of champions and superusers within the BU.
• Monitor adoption signals; adjust interventions based on uptake data.
• Address employee anxiety; build psychological safety around AI-augmented work.
• Redesign job descriptions and role profiles for AI-augmented work.
• Define AI-augmented career pathways and update role-leveling frameworks.
• Identify displacement risks; design transition pathways.
• Partner with compensation teams on new job design and leveling.
• Develop manager enablement for leading AI-augmented teams.
