Job summary

TribalScale is seeking a Transformation Engineer to join our growing team, embedded with a client organization of about 500 employees, as a hands-on AI platform builder and technical leader. You will help establish the organization's AI knowledge foundation and develop production-ready agentic systems.

You will design memory, retrieval, and access controls; build reusable tooling, deployments on AWS; and lead training programs across the organization to enable rapid adoption and measurable

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software or AI engineering experience with production systems.
• Experience building LLM knowledge management or retrieval systems (e.g., RAG, enterprise search).
• Expertise designing agent memory, retrieval strategies, and permission-aware access.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate agentic applications and production harnesses with observability and guardrails.
• Establish Claude Code conventions and reusable developer tooling; drive AWS deployments with IAM, security, and cost controls.
• Deliver structured AI training and enablement programs; run workshops and create learning materials.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize use cases and align technical work with business needs.
