Zusammenfassung

TribalScale seeks a Transformation Engineer embedded with a client organization to act as a hands-on AI platform builder, technical leader, and educator over an extended engagement. You will help establish the organization’s AI knowledge foundation and build production-ready agentic systems while promoting secure, maintainable, and widely adopted AI workflows.

Qualifikationen

Strong hands-on software or AI engineering experience with production systems.
Demonstrable experience building LLM knowledge management or retrieval systems.
Practical expertise designing agentic memory, retrieval strategies, and permission-aware access.
Claude Code expertise with workflows, subagents, or harnesses you built.
Ownership of production agent harnesses including observability, guardrails, and maintenance.

Aufgaben

Design, build, and maintain an LLM-powered company knowledge base and agentic memory systems.
Architect memory and context strategies, including retrieval and permissions.
Develop tooling, APIs, and automation to improve engineering productivity.
Deploy and operate agentic applications on AWS with security and cost controls.
Lead structured training and enablement programs for a 500-person organization.
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize use cases and deliver production-ready AI solutions.
