TribalScale is seeking a Transformation Engineer to embed with a client organization and act as a hands-on AI platform builder, technical leader, and educator on extended engagements. You will establish an AI knowledge foundation, build production-ready agentic systems, and enable teams to adopt AI workflows across the business.

Competenze

• Experience building LLM knowledge management or retrieval systems.
• Expertise designing agentic memory and context management with secure access controls.
• Deep Claude Code expertise with workflows, subagents, or harnesses built.
• Strong AWS experience (Lambda, Bedrock, IAM, S3) with security and cost awareness.
• Proven ownership of production agent harnesses, including observability and guardrails.
• Ability to teach via workshops, curricula, and onboarding of teams.

Mansioni

• Design and build a scalable LLM knowledge base and agentic memory solution.
• Define memory/ retrieval strategies, access permissions, and lifecycle processes.
• Lead production harnesses, evaluations, observability, guardrails, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as Claude Code expert and establish team workflows and integrations.
• Develop internal tooling, APIs, and automation to improve engineering productivity.
• Deliver structured enablement programs and training for ~500 users across the organization.
