Job summary

TribalScale is seeking an embedded AI platform leader to work with clients as a hands-on AI builder and technical leader. You will move from ambiguity to production, owning outcomes and architecting agent memory, context strategies, and production agent harnesses with evaluations, observability, and guardrails.

This role blends client work with internal platform development and mentorship. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging Claude Code and AWS expertise to drive AI
