You will establish the company brain, design memory and retrieval strategies, and enable teams across the business to adopt AI workflows. This role moves quickly from ambiguity to production with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software or AI engineering experience.
• Experience building LLM knowledge management systems.
• Claude Code expertise with concrete workflows.
• AWS experience with security and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an LLM-powered knowledge base (company brain) for employees and agents.
• Architect memory, retrieval, and permission-aware knowledge access.
• Develop agentic applications and production harnesses with observability and guardrails.
• Deploy solutions on AWS with IAM, monitoring, and cost management.
• Lead structured training and enablement across a 500-person organization.
