Job summary

TribalScale is seeking a Transformation Engineer to join our growing team. You will be embedded with a client organization and act as a hands-on AI platform builder, technical leader, and educator over an extended engagement.

Responsibilities include establishing a company brain knowledge base, architecting agentic memory, and deploying agentic applications on AWS with strong security and governance practices. You will drive enablement for a 500-person organization.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software or AI engineering experience with production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate agentic applications and production harnesses.
• Establish conventions for CLAUDE.md, skills, subagents, hooks, MCP integrations, and team workflows.
• Build tooling, integrations, APIs, and automation to improve engineering productivity.
