Job summary

BrassCraft Manufacturing Company in Novi, Michigan is seeking an AI Workforce Enablement Specialist to help employees adopt Microsoft Copilot and related tools. You will create resources, training, governance support, and repeatable practices that make AI practical for everyday work.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will partner across functions to simplify processes, build automations with Power Platform, integrate data sources, and promote responsible AI usage while measuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Engineering or related field.
4+ years in automation engineering or app development.
Hands-on with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure.
Experience with data governance and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Logic Apps.
Build automations for data collection, reporting, notifications, approvals, and workflows.
Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power Platform into workflows.
Support deployment and adoption of Copilot across functions.
Track adoption, user feedback, and measurable business impact.
Own assigned automation and AI-enabled solutions end-to-end.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
