Datasite is seeking an AI Automation Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer) to embed with internal business teams and drive measurable outcomes. The role blends consulting, product thinking, process redesign, AI, and software engineering in a hybrid setup with a focus on delivering production-grade AI solutions and data workflows.

You'll lead discovery, design and build scalable AI applications, and ensure adoption and governance while partnering with leaders to achieve ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building production software.
• Experience with Python and modern cloud platforms is preferred.
• 3+ years delivering production AI, LLM, automation, or workflow solutions.
• Strong consulting and discovery skills to understand business problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand workflows and goals.
• Lead discovery workshops and map current-state processes.
• Evaluate opportunities based on business value, feasibility, adoption, and ROI.
• Design, build, deploy, and support AI applications, automations, and data solutions.
• Own engagements from discovery to implementation and measurement.
