Job summary

Omnicom Group seeks a Specialist, AI Training & Development to scale enterprise-wide upskilling across global agencies. You will become the expert on Omnicom's tool suite, coordinating with product training teams to deliver role-based, hands-on AI training.

Responsibilities include structuring sessions, iterating curricula, and presenting insights to transformation leaders. Requires 2+ years in instructional design and AI enablement, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of instructional design, AI proficiency, or senior agency operations within media, marketing, or ad tech networks.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting workflows using generative and agentic AI tools (prompting structures, custom GPTs, automation).
• Strong presentation and visual communication skills with interactive learning modules and digital training collateral.

Responsibilities

• Pace training against core KPIs across network businesses.
• Organize and structure AI training sessions for client and capability teams.
• Coordinate across enablement functions to deliver differentiated training solutions.
• Collect training feedback and funnel insights to inform roadmap planning and feature releases.
• Build and distribute interactive training materials with hands-on simulated experiences.
• Iterate curricula to reflect live changes in tooling and partner capabilities.
• Present clearly to teammates across business functions and align messaging across capabilities.
• Foster an internal community of practice for super-users to share tactics.
