Job summary

Omnicom Group seeks a Specialist, AI Training & Development to scale enterprise-wide upskilling across global agencies. You will become the expert on Omnicom's tool suite, coordinating with product training teams to deliver role-based, hands-on AI training.

Responsibilities include structuring sessions, iterating curricula, and presenting insights to transformation leaders. Requires 2+ years in instructional design and AI enablement, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of instructional design, AI proficiency, or senior agency operations within media, marketing, or ad tech networks.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting workflows using generative and agentic AI tools (prompting structures, custom GPTs, automation).
• Strong presentation and visual communication skills with interactive learning modules and digital training collateral.

The Opportunity As the Specialist, AI Training & Development, you will support the orchestrattion and scaling of enterprise-wide upskilling and training programs across Omnicom's global agencies and connected capabilities. You will quickly establish yourself as a primary expert on Omnicom's proprietary tool suite, partner platforms, and advanced generative features. Your mission is to support our AI Transformation team in accelerated advanced AI tool adoption, ensuring that our experts are equipped to transform traditional workflows and continuously adapt to the rapid evolution of agentic and model capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Pace training against core KPIs, including employee reach, session delivery, agentic usage rates, and broad-scale platform adoption across all network businesses.
• Organize and structure AI training sessions to provide comprehensive training support for client and capability teams
• Coordinate across enablement functions working with cross functional teams to deliver differentiated training solutions
• Systematically collect training feedback and operational user pain points, funneling these insights back to transformation leaders to inform roadmap planning, upgrades, and feature releases.
• Synchronize connected AI narratives and specific, role-based use cases in tight coordination with Omni product training teams.
• Build and distribute interactive training materials that provide hands-on, simulated experiences tailored to users of all technical skill levels.
• Continuously iterate training curricula to reflect live changes in internal tooling, external model partnerships, and emergent agentic technology.
• Present clearly and concisely to teammates across different business functions, aligning relevant messaging across capabilities and teams.
• Cultivate an internal community of practice where specialized super-users can share success tactics and workflow shortcuts to accelerate peer-to-peer training.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, AI proficiency, technical talent enablement, learning & development, or senior agency operations within media, marketing, or ad tech networks.
• 2+ years of practical, hands-on experience architecting workflows using generative and agentic AI tools (including prompting structures, custom GPTs, and automated workflows).
• Deep instructional curiosity and a strong passion for translating complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging, and action-oriented curricula.
• Excellent presentation and visual communication skills, with a track record of designing interactive learning modules, video assets, and digital training collateral.
• Strong organization and high attention to detail with an ability to manage large, complex training rollout plans

$75,000 - $85,000 USD Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
