Job summary

Omnicom Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager: AI Transformation to drive AI-centric business process changes across client and agency teams. You will bridge AI capabilities with day-to-day workflows, manage UAT, and accelerate adoption.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into roadmaps, governance, and ROI-focused outcomes. A strong PM background in media/advertising tech is required.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of program delivery, project management, or operations in media tech or enterprise AI.
• Expert-level stakeholder management with experience influencing executives.
• Strong PM frameworks, cross-functional collaboration and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI transformation initiatives across client and agency teams.
• Aggregate client feedback to influence product roadmap and features.
• Roll out AI-driven experiences with UAT and cross-functional optimization.
• Translate agency needs into engineering requirements with Product/Engineering.
