Job summary

Omni is seeking a Specialist, AI Training & Development to support orchestration and scaling of enterprise-wide upskilling across Omnicom’s global agencies. You will become the primary expert on Omni’s proprietary tool suite, partner platforms, and advanced generative features to accelerate AI adoption.

You will design hands-on training, build interactive materials, and coordinate with product training teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in instructional design or L&D within media or ad tech.
• 2+ years using generative AI tools and prompts.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into curricula.
• Excellent presentation and visual communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail for training rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Pace training against core KPIs across network businesses.
• Organize and structure AI training sessions.
• Coordinate across enablement functions.
• Collect training feedback and inform roadmap.
• Synchronize AI narratives with product training teams.
• Build and distribute interactive training materials.
• Iterate training curricula with tooling changes.
• Present clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate an internal community of practice.
