Qualifications

• 3–5+ years designing and delivering corporate training or enablement programs with real live-session experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning and skill transfer principles (e.g., action mapping, Kirkpatrick).
• Experience building a training curriculum, workshop series, or certification product.

Responsibilities

• Lead live AI training sessions for executives to front-line staff, adapting to the audience.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops where participants use AI tools directly.
• Manage pre-session prep, materials, timing, and follow-up to meet schedules.
• Incorporate room insights into Cadre's training content to improve future sessions.
