Job summary

StepStone Group is seeking a Junior Analyst, AI Solutions (Learning & Development) in La Jolla to accelerate AI adoption. You will design training content, lead enablement sessions, and assist colleagues with AI tools using low/no-code solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years of client-facing, training, consulting, or analyst experience.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in work or school.

Responsibilities

• Plan, co-host, and deliver recurring AI training sessions for various firm audiences.
• Develop and maintain enablement assets, guides, and exercise materials.
• Build practical AI workflows using generative AI and automation tools.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching on prompting and workflow setup.
• Design tiered training content aligned to business needs and track session metrics.
