Job summary

Your AI Department in the Bay Area is seeking a sharp educator who can translate AI concepts into real workflows for C-suite leaders. This is a hands-on, remote-flexible, full-time role where you’ll train executives on using tools like Claude and Copilot with their own data and contracts.

You’ll design custom programs, coach change management, and measure adoption after 30 days. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in executive education, fluency with current AI tools, and a track record of guiding

Qualifications

5+ years in corporate training, education, or change management with senior leaders.
Hands-on fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini).
Experience with mid-market or enterprise tech transitions.
Ability to read a room and adjust messaging.
Strong curriculum design and outcome-driven programs.
Experience leading change management during large tech rollouts.
Background in management consulting with C-suite clients.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver hands-on AI training for C-suite executives, VPs, and department heads at mid-market and enterprise companies.
Build custom training programs per engagement; curricula vary by engagement.
Identify and activate Shadow Users to drive peer adoption.
Coach executives on AI change management language to emphasize drudgery removal.
Develop reusable training materials and workshop frameworks.
Measure adoption and adjust programs based on 30-day follow-up data.
