You will translate complex technical methodologies into tiered instructional pathways and partner with HR, engineering, product management, and external vendors.

As the role advances, you will drive governance of curriculum, design progressive learning journeys, curate assets, and deliver diverse learning experiences

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional technology sector industry experience with proven program management.
• 5+ years of experience developing curricula for complex technical concepts.
• Ownership of vendor management and learning ecosystem related to data and AI.
• Change management and cross-functional influence across cross-site, cross-group, and matrixed teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Training Architecture and Roadmap: Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and governance of a scalable AI learning curriculum.
• Persona-Based Learning Tracks: Build progressive learning pathways (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) for targeted roles.
• Content Co-Design and Curation: Collaborate with AI engineers and SMEs to build high-quality training assets and hands-on labs.
• Multi-Channel Instruction Delivery: Oversee instructor-led, virtual self-paced, bootcamps, and enablement sessions.
• Continuous Feedback Integration: Establish loops to refine content based on real-world workflow and product roadmaps.
