Job summary

YO HR Consultancy is seeking a Customer Service SME for a remote, hourly contractor role to help build a dataset of natural, human-enacted customer service conversations used to train AI agents.

You will leverage your client communication, issue-resolution, and CRM experience to ensure conversations mirror real-world interactions, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for future roles through our expert network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience with client communication and CRM.
• 1+ year of experience in AI training or AI-related work.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end customer support workflows, including escalation and resolution.
• Excellent spoken English at C1+ level (US).

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating natural, human-enacted conversations across support scenarios.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy and contextual relevance.
• Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
