Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR & Talent Acquisition professionals to join our Expert Network for AI training tasks. You will review and grade AI-generated HR content, develop realistic HR scenarios, and annotate data across offers, leave, and analytics.

The role emphasizes compliance awareness and clear feedback to improve AI models. Successful candidates complete a brief skills test and may join Prolific as paid participants, enjoying flexible hours and remote work from home.

Qualifications

Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Relevant HR certification is highly preferred.
Ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail on sensitive policy data.
Must have a PayPal account to receive payments from clients.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and policy interpretation.
Create realistic HR workflow scenarios such as performance cycles, benefits enrollment, and investigations.
Annotate and label data across use cases including offer letters, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
Provide structured feedback on AI responses for HRIS systems and labor laws.
Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
