Job summary

You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop roadmaps, advise senior leaders, mentor juniors, and manage resources and budgets while aligning initiatives with business goals across the firm. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to influence decisions and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Strong experience formulating and executing strategies that align with business objectives across modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives into tasks.
• Proven track record leading through the project lifecycle and influencing decision makers.
• Strong technical fluency with deep familiarity in current platforms, software tools, and technologies.
• Excellent skills using spreadsheets and presentation tools.
• Design and lead planning and coordination of leadership meetings and strategic events.
• Lead client projects with multiple people across several workstreams.
• Collaborate to build hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development technology strategy and priorities, and execution and delivery across the technology and business teams
• Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify implications
• Conduct research and analysis on technology trends and innovation opportunities and perform competitor/industry research
• Develop work plans to test/evaluate strategies and insights spanning process improvement and organizational change
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications
• Advise and influence senior leaders on key business decisions and major change initiatives
• Develop trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with team across lines of business; maintain composure in difficult meetings
• Mentor junior team members and foster growth
• Identify potential roadblocks and escalate issues as needed
