• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Technology Center Lead(s), providing strategic counsel and recommendations on local priorities and key decisions.
• Leverage workforce, employee, operational and location insights to identify opportunities and assess Tech Center health.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and handling data per sensitivity requirements.
• Coordinate delivery across Tech Center strategic pillars, partnering with pillar leads to advance priorities and manage cross-pillar dependencies.
• Oversee Tech Center communications, establishing clear channels and a consistent cadence for site technologists.
• Strengthen the Tech Center community and employee experience by fostering connection, engagement, development and belonging across the local technology organization.
• Provide oversight of the Tech Center budget and financial position, ensuring disciplined planning, forecasting and spend management while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead Tech Center governance, ensuring leadership forums and decision-making processes enable alignment, accountability and timely action.
• Establish clear measures of success and continuously assess program outcomes, employee impact and stakeholder value to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain a strong network across Tech Center leadership, Lines of Business, functional partners and the broader technology community to enable collaboration on shared priorities.
• Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
