• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against it; demonstrate ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI-related spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Build the project infrastructure that keeps complex engagements running: workplans, governance, decision logs, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials that clearly communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
• Structure and lead workstreams end-to-end; design approach, manage work, deliver outputs ready for client.
