• Size the value at stake for transformations and track ROI in real time.
• Execute cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI spend.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress and recommendations to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams end-to-end; deliver outputs ready for client review.
• Own quality across all team outputs; maintain coherence and client-readiness.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals and growth opportunities.
• Develop junior team members with feedback and ownership opportunities.
• Travel: average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
