Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus.
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve business problems.
• Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with AI development ecosystems or AI platform strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action with implementation plans.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams, removing barriers and ensuring lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI spend.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress, decisions, and recommendations to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish, delivering outputs ready for the client.
• Own quality across deliverables; ensure coherence, rigor and client-readiness.
• Support business development and help grow existing client relationships.
• Develop junior team members and invest in their growth.
• Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
