Qualifications

• Full lifecycle recruiting experience, including technical engineering roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on intake, calibration, and interview loop design.
• Independent judgment on candidate quality and the ability to manage multiple complex searches.
• Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and in the role a strong security function plays in achieving it.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates.
• Partner with technical and non-technical hiring managers to understand hiring needs and map team matches.
• Implement recruiting processes and programs; remove biases from hiring processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to map out long-term talent acquisition strategies across technical teams.
• Enhance Anthropic’s employer brand to showcase mission, culture, and values.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
