Qualifications

• Deep full lifecycle recruiting experience with technical engineering focus.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on intake, calibration, and interview design.
• Independent judgment on candidate quality across multiple searches.
• Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and security function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates.
• Partner with technical and non-technical hiring managers to understand needs, team matching, and required skills.
• Implement recruiting processes and programs, including targeted outreach and bias reduction.
• Collaborate with leadership to map long-term talent acquisition strategies for all technical teams.
• Enhance Anthropic’s employer brand to showcase mission, culture, and values.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
