Anthropic is seeking an AI Research Recruiter to partner with our Research teams to source, engage, and hire top candidates for Machine Learning and AI research roles, helping shape the future of safe and beneficial AI systems across the organization. You will own full lifecycle recruiting, collaborate with hiring managers, and develop inclusive outreach.

• Passion for AI's potential and realistic assessment of its risks and limitations.

• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities.
• Strong technical aptitude to evaluate technical qualifications.
• Enthusiasm for understanding researchers’ needs and innovating recruiting processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with autonomy.
• Experience partnering with researchers and hiring talent that work on GenAI and LLMs.
• Proven track record of scaling and building diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for Machine Learning and AI research talent.
• Partner with Research hiring managers and interviewers to understand needs and skills.
• Enhance recruiting processes while maintaining an inclusive and high talent bar.
