Crowe is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, develop, and lifecycle-manage AI agents within the Audit practice. This hands-on leadership role sits with practitioners, building the agent as it’s used, and shaping patterns and engineering practices for a growing portfolio of agents.

You will mentor engineers, own key design decisions, and scale the agent portfolio while collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role based in the United States.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing AI agents or AI-assisted workflows.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Skills-based architecture and agent patterns.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineers; strong code/design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and maintain AI agents and agent-assisted workflows for Crowe Audit services.
• Work directly with Audit SMEs, learning workflows and designing agents end-to-end.
• Write, review, test, and maintain substantial Python codebases and agent resources.
• Lead project scoping, timelines, and stakeholder communication for the agent portfolio.
• Develop reusable engineering patterns and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering standards across teams.
