Job summary

White Circle is seeking a Recruiter to build one of the strongest teams in AI safety. You’ll own full-cycle hiring across engineering, AI research, product, and business roles, partnering with the Head of HR and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent across the US and Europe.

You will source, engage, and build pipelines for highly technical roles, conduct structured interviews, and drive an exceptional candidate experience while collaborating with leadership to improve hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Must have full-cycle recruiting experience across engineering and tech roles.
• Experience hiring in the US and European markets.
• Proven ability to close technical and engineering positions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Build pipelines for AI/ML/Research/Product roles across US and Europe.
• Develop understanding of AI, ML, safety, infrastructure to assess candidates.
