Job summary

The Path is seeking a hands-on, high-velocity Recruiter to own talent across AI researchers, sales, marketing, and leadership roles as we scale from ~15 to 50 people. You will close candidates end-to-end, build the recruiting process and tooling, and manage external recruiters to ensure a fast, transparent and high-quality candidate experience.

• Hands-on, high-velocity recruiter who closes across functions.
• Experience recruiting both deeply technical and go-to-market roles.
• Senior IC with potential for Head of Talent path and team.
• You bring structure—scorecards, pipeline metrics, tooling decisions.

Responsibilities

• Close 2–3 hires per month across functions, from sourcing to signed offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards and drive hiring from start to finish.
• Direct and manage external recruiters, measure performance and accountability.
• Deliver a flawless candidate experience with fast follow-ups and professional handling.
• Build recruiting processes and tooling to enable fast, scalable hiring.
