White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. We’re a small, focused team delivering production-ready recruiting impact.

The Talent Lead will own the hiring function from scratch, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across GTM, Ops, Research, Product, and Engineering while building scalable processes and metrics. You’ll partner with the Head of People and hiring managers globally.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience running hiring at a startup or high-growth company.
• Experience hiring across GTM, Operations, Research, Product, and Engineering.
• Comfortable working with leadership and senior hiring managers.
• Fluent English (C1+) for global recruiting communications.
• Proven track record building scalable recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the hiring process end-to-end (sourcing, screening, interviews, closing).
• Build hiring processes and infrastructure from scratch, including loops and scorecards.
• Define roles and hiring priorities with hiring managers.
• Drive hiring across GTM, Ops, Research, Product, and Engineering.
• Lead international hiring across multiple markets and track recruiting metrics.
• Develop and maintain candidate experience and strong sourcing channels.
