Job summary

Mercor in the United States (remote) seeks an experienced People ops / recruiting evaluator to join as a contract role. You will assess AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics and provide structured feedback to help improve model performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in People ops/recruiting, native-level English, and strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides/PowerPoint. Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People ops or recruiting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, esp. Slides/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
