Mercor is seeking a User/Customer Research and Feedback Synthesis Evaluator for a remote contract role. You will assess AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics and provide structured feedback to support model improvements.

Must have 5+ years in user research, fluent English, and strong skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides. Advanced degree preferred.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in user/customer research and feedback synthesis.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
