Job summary

Mercor, a remote-first firm, is seeking a People Ops / Recruiting Evaluator to assess AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics and to deliver clear, structured feedback. You will identify errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, applying domain expertise to improve AI outputs.

Requirements include 5+ years in People ops, native or professional English, and advanced skills in MS Office and Google Workspace (Slides).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People ops / recruiting.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to enhance AI outputs.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs in People ops / recruiting.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
