Job summary

Mercor in the United Kingdom (remote) is seeking an experienced People Ops/Recruiting Evaluator to support hiring and talent evaluation for AI projects. This contract role requires strong English fluency, over 5 years in people ops or recruiting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Slides.

You will assess AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics, provide clear written feedback, and work independently to meet deadlines while helping improve AI model
