Job summary

Mercor is seeking a contractor to evaluate AI-generated artifacts, using domain rubrics to assess accuracy and presentation quality. You will review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for factual and aesthetic issues, and provide structured feedback to improve AI outputs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Software/AI/IT/data, strong English fluency, and expert-level Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, especially Slides. This is a remote contract role with flexible deadlines.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant professional experience in Software / AI / IT / data.
Native or professional fluency in English.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
