Job summary

Clera Labs, Inc. is an early-stage AI startup building infrastructure for reinforcement learning and model evaluation. This cross-functional role connects recruiting, culture, and community-building to help the team grow its network in the frontier AI ecosystem.

You will tell our vision through clear storytelling, build relationships with AI engineers and researchers, define onboarding, and own end-to-end recruitment with the Chief of Staff. Visa sponsorship is available as we scale.

Qualifications

• Three to eight years of relevant recruiting experience, including ownership of end-to-end processes at an early-stage startup.
• Experience improving recruiting operations and onboarding workflows.
• Experience engaging technical communities and creating marketing or community content.

Responsibilities

• Explain the company's vision and technical work through storytelling.
• Find and build relationships with AI engineers, researchers, and technical communities.
• Define culture and values, screen candidates, and develop onboarding.
• Own end-to-end recruiting and improve systems with the Chief of Staff.
• Plan community events and represent the company at industry events.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to identify high-priority leads.
