Clera Labs, Inc. is seeking a founding engineer to move fast on an in-person, SF-based hackerhouse project. You’ll work directly with the CTO and have ownership over features deployed daily to production, shaping an agentic system that automates headhunting end-to-end.

The role emphasizes TypeScript/React expertise, AI experience, and startup-mentality collaboration with a small founding team. Visa sponsorship is provided for relocation to the US.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with TypeScript/React.
• Practical AI experience; familiarity with LLM APIs is a plus.
• Startup environment mindset with high ownership and speed.

Responsibilities

• Ship features to production daily and own end-to-end headhunter automation.
• Collaborate with CTO/Co-Founder to build a fully agentic system.
• Iterate based on feedback and customer interactions.
