Job summary

Provectus is hiring an AI Recruiter to scale the talent behind our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) across the United States. This role focuses on finding top AI/ML and software talent, building direct-sourcing pipelines, and growing Provectus’s professional communities.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and sourcing strategies, and lead community initiatives such as meetups and hackathons.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technical environment, ideally at an AI, cloud, or consulting firm
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring senior technical profiles - AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
• Demonstrates personal AI adoption - uses AI tools as part of their recruiting workflow
• Experience building talent community: events, meetups, professional networks, or university programs
• Familiarity with forward-deployed or embedded consulting models is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with C-level and senior technical leadership
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting practices
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for FDE, FDX roles across the US, coordinating with hiring managers
• Define role profiles, hiring criteria, and sourcing strategy with stakeholders
• Manage pipelines across multiple requisitions while ensuring candidate experience
• Extend and negotiate offers; articulate Provectus's compensation philosophy and value
• Build direct-sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, and referrals
• Identify passive candidates and maintain talent maps for FDE/FDX profiles
• Architect and execute talent community strategy in the US via events and meetups
• Represent Provectus at recruiting events to raise brand awareness
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and collaborate on workforce planning
