Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Associate Director to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the business. You will partner with leaders to identify high‑value opportunities, build data-driven baselines, and quantify value with driver-based models.

You will translate ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses, combining strategy consulting rigor with strong quantitative skills. This hands-on role demands leadership in analytical workstreams and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, analytics, or related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of strategy, finance, or transformation analytics experience preferred.
• Experience developing analytical models, KPIs, and baselines; translating improvements into financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose high-value AI opportunities across functions.
• Define KPIs, baselines, and data ownership; gather and analyze performance measures.
• Quantify value, develop driver-based financial models, and estimate Year 1 and long-term impact.
• Develop rigorous business cases considering value, feasibility, risk, readiness, and implementation.
• Design measurement approaches for pilots and scale deployments; bridge AI adoption to financial outcomes.
• Build an enterprise AI value view and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead analytical workstreams and create executive-ready materials.
